Foreclosure Sale Cancelled

SunTrust Mortgage cancelled the foreclosure sale after I filed my temporary restraining order in Georgia state court. Even though the court did not grant me the TRO, the lawsuit forced SunTrust Mortgage to stop its illegal sale.

We are so pleased the way it turned out for you! I have another one against SunTrust that was removed to Federal Court. Been there for a bit. So, somehow I believe it turned out best that the Judge didn't sign yours. If he had, they would have removed yours to Federal Court too.

Nevertheless, you got the results that you wanted, and got the results quicker and easier than if the Judge had signed the TRO.
