How to Smoke Out Fake Vice Presidents
It is well documented that banks use fraudulent documents to foreclosure on homeowners. One important piece of paper in their nefarious scheme is the allonge. An allonge is an "assignment" of a promissory note. In most cases, the banks use fake Vice Presidents to sign the allonges.
One way to unmask the fake VP is as follow:
1) Go to secinfo.com if the company is traded publicly
2) Locate the 10-K filing of the year the note was endorsed
3) Click on "Executives Officers of The Registrant"
4) You will find the name, age, and title of all the officers of that company
5) Write to the SEC to obtain a certified copy of the 10-K filing.
6) Introduced the certified copy into evidence
7) File a motion to strike the fake allonge
The same technique can be used with the mortgage assignments.
If the entity is registered in the state of Florida do the following:
1) Go to www.sunbiz.org
2) Search for the entity
3) Locate the annual report of the target year
4) The report will have the officers of the company and their position.
5) Check https://efile.sunbiz.org/sbs_ar_instr.html for meaning of title abbreviations
6) Write to the department of state to request a certified copy of the report
7) File the certified copy with the court.
8) File a motion to strike the fake document
Corporations should use the following abbreviations: "P" for president/pastor; "V" or "VP" for vice president; "S" for secretary, "AS" for assistant secretary; "T" for treasurer or trustee; "D" for director; "C" for chairman or clerk; "CEO" for chief executive officer; "CFO" for chief financial officer. A person may serve in more than one capacity. For example, use the letters "PST" for an individual who is president, secretary and treasurer.
Limited Liability Companies (LLC’s) should use the following abbreviations: "MGR" for manager; or "MGRM" for managing member.
For Florida companies, requests for certified copies of documents must be submitted in writing.
